Slackware 13.1

One of the oldest and best loved distros, Slackware is known as a hacker's system. Many experts regard Slackware as the best Linux equivalent of the classic Unix experience, although the latest release comes with modern-day desktop systems and other end-user tools. Version 13.1 also includes many improvements for better hardware support.

Double-sided DVD

This DVD is a double-sided disc. A DVD device always reads the side of the disc that is facing down. This DVD is labeled like a normal DVD - the label you see as you place the disc into the tray applies to the data on the opposite side. If you are installing Mandriva, the Mandriva label should be facing up in the tray.
